Find us at The Groves in Chester, just a short walk from the city centre and close to the historic city walls and Roman amphitheatre.

From our moorings we head upstream, under Queen’s Park Suspenion Bridge, past the Boathouse Inn and Grosvenor Park, and through the suburb of Boughton.

As we follow the sweeping bend of the Meadows, you’ll see stunning riverside homes and gardens, and hear about the fascinating history of the River Dee and its surroundings.

We make our turn at the city limits and head back downstream towards Chester. Look out for local wildlife such as swans, moorhens, and kingfishers if you’re lucky.

All of our cruises have a fully stocked bar onboard, so you can enjoy a hot or cold drink as you take in the scenery.

Half-hour City Cruises sail all year round on covered and heated boats, including Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
