Find us at The Groves in Chester, just a short walk from the city centre and close to the historic city walls and Roman amphitheatre. We are close to car parks, public toilet facilities, and plenty of places to buy an ice cream in the summer!
From our moorings we head upstream, under Queen’s Park Suspension Bridge, past the Boathouse Inn and Grosvenor Park, and through the picturesque suburb of Boughton. As we follow the sweeping bend of the Meadows, you’ll see stunning riverside homes and gardens, and hear about the fascinating history of the River Dee and its surroundings.
We make our turn at the city limits and head back downstream towards Chester. Look out for local wildlife such as swans, moorhens, and kingfishers if you’re lucky.
All of our cruises have a fully stocked bar onboard, so you can enjoy a hot or cold drink as you take in the scenery.
