We’ve teamed up with City Sightseeing to offer a great value joint ticket so you can explore historic Chester from the riverside and the roadside – while someone else does the driving!
You really can enjoy the freedom of the city, with a choice of two types of boat-bus ticket: take a quick half-hour hop to the edge of the city and back with a City Cruise and Bus Tour Combined Ticket, or enjoy a more leisurely cruise along the River Dee, with a Two-hour Iron Bridge Cruise and Bus Tour Combined Ticket.
We think there’s no nicer way to spend a sunny day in Chester than an open boat and an open-top bus. And if the weather’s less than kind, you’ve the option to stay warm and enclosed too. Why pound the pavements? The tour bus stops right next to our landing stage, meaning you can hop on straight after your cruise if you so wish.
Whichever ticket you opt for, you don’t have to take the boat and the bus tours on the same day. Take the boat trip first, and then your ticket is valid on the bus for 24 hours once presented to the driver.

Please note: these combined tickets are not available from City Sightseeing and cannot be bought on the bus. Enjoy your cruise first, then join the bus afterwards.
